Our Process
CONSULTATION
First, reach out via our contact form and Nestor Moguel (owner and President) will reach out to you personally to learn more about your project. We get to know you and understand your goals, budget, and timeline in a Strategic Visioning Session.
ASSEMBLING THE TEAM
After coming to understand your vision, we’ll have you complete a Professional Services Agreement and retainer to cover permits, estimating, and design meetings that need to happen before breaking ground. Based on customized recommendations to your unique taste and preferences, we will curate the perfect team of professionals that will execute your vision flawlessly — on time and on budget.
BREAKING GROUND
Now that a plan and team are in place — it’s time to break ground and start construction on your home. You’ll receive updates frequently on the progress of your project, so you’re never left wondering how things are going.
TOOTHBRUSH READY
Before we hand over the keys to your dream home, our entire company will do a Team Walk to make sure every last detail is perfect. As one of team members, Addie Garcia says, we’ll make sure it’s “toothbrush ready!” When you step foot through the door, you can be sure that everything is properly in its place so you can just sit back and relax.
